Or if any "miracle known vitamins or shampoos/conditioners work" I know that diet is the main key and not stressing all the time. I have baby fine hair a little past shoulder length. I would say that in one yr my hair only grew 2-3inches!!! My hair just sheds too much when brushing and I just dont know how I can tame it. Please help! And thank you! <^;^>

I have been taking hair supplements for the past 3 years and here is what I have found.
ProCaps labs makes a great supplement called "Hair Skin and Nails" formula, here is the link for that
http://www.procapslabs.com/pcl/pages/pro...
This is in capsule form and easy to swallow. This company, ProCaps labs is also extremely reputable and carries pure and effective products.
I took GNC's Nourishair for four months, and supplemented it with extra Biotin tablets daily due to its low Biotin content. I took 2500 micrograms extra Biotin with the GNC pills.
The Procaps hair vites have 2500 micrograms of Biotin in them, and don't really require extra Biotin be taken, but I do take an additional 2500 micrograms of Biotin for a daily total of 5000 micrograms of Biotin.
My hair is growing in thick and dark and quite quickly. My hair used to be very slow growing, but all of these supplements have really made a difference.
The only way to really change the health of your hair is by taking supplements that work internally on the follicle where hair is made, any shampoos or oils or other topically applied things do nothing to change hair's structure, that can only happen with systemically provided support, which means supplements that you take internally.. Keep in mind, regardless of how many or how much you take of any supplement, hair is never going to grow at a "Jack and the beanstalk" type of rate, the most you can hope for is to improve the strength and health of each hair follicle and to see an incremental increase in the rate of its growth

First, trimming your hair does not make it grow. Growth can only be stimulated at the scalp and under, the roots are dead, so trimming only prevent spit ends from further spiltting and breaking the hair off at a point closer to the scalp. To stiimulate hair growth I would invest in some vitamins. I started taking Zinc and Iron, and a hair vitamin with Biotin and Beta Carotene. Over the summder my hair grew about 6 inches. It has slowed down during the winter but thats natural. The only thing about vitamins is that your hair will benefits from the new plentiful supply of nutrients but it seems like as soon as you stop or get off schedule your body reacts as if it is deficient and your hair made fall out a bit. Saw palmetto is also good because it counters free- testosterone which is a common culprit in hair loss and slow growth. Protein is also good for your hair. I have began to take L-Arginine.

You can try "miracle" products but don't expect too much from them. Avoid conditioners as they weigh the hair down. They are ok for coarser, wiry hair but not for fine. Fine hair is easier to care for when short. A lot of brushing is also not recommended for fine hair. I'm plagued with fine hair and have found that the more I mess with it, the worse it gets. I let mine grow below shoulder length once. It took me half an hour to comb it out after washing! Also, extra length on fine hair weighs down whatever curl or style you put it in. So, short is best.

try n do a scalp massage 1 a week to help open up all the pores on your head cuz buildup will block from growth as well as eating things like carrots is good for hair n eyes even vitamins with beta carotene or ask your pharmacist which vitamin is the best to use for growing your hair cuz they would know best.

It sounds like you've got all the info. No miracles. Stay the course. Do not avoid trimming - it will backfire when you need to cut an inch with horrible split ends. Hang in there. Condition the ends of your hair well.

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://bitly.im/aL9gj While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.

If you go to GNC health food stores, they sell Prenatal Vitamins, they will help your hair grow. It still seems like it takes forever, but try them, they are good for you as well. Good Luck and have a great day !!!!

Try not to use too much product on your hair or process it with too many chemicals. Also, try not to put it in tight ponytails and buns, as that breaks the hair off.
