okay my mom she gives us eveything anything we need she buy it to us but this the thing my older brother he the frist child he is a senoir and he going to graduate well my mom brought him a aprtment so he could finsh his school because last year he move with my uncle andmy uncle mis treated him and my mom used to cry and still this day she want to kick her *** for doing that to him well my brother is a person tht lie and he nice but he lovfe money well my mom has that apartment for himto grduate meanwhile us in the house do not have even food to eat sometime well my mo got a phone call from the school and they said that my brother got kicke out the school because she led a book and a he made a little fire anyways my mom said that he dont care about obody anways my mom plan her for my brother being like that my mom said that she made him like that and i said that it was not her fault because she is the frist grandchild and he got eveything he wanted and she blame her self whatshouldi do

YOU don't need to do anything. It is not your responsibility. All you need to do is remind your Mom that she needs to pay more attention to her underage kids who are still living at home. Your brother is an adult now and will have to learn how to become independent. She is not helping him by making excuses for him. He needs to be accountable for his actions and get a job and learn to support himself. Your Mom needs to pay attention to you and your other siblings who are underage and still live at home.

First of all it seems that you truly care about what is going own. Your mother is truly a good person to put up with what you brother is doing. Your brother is not grown, your mom shouldn't have rented him out an apartment. She is letting him talk money out of your pockets. I say she get rid of the apartment, your brother get a job and if you are old enough to work get one. I am sorry that this has happened to your family. Tell your mom how you feel and tell her don't let your brother use you all.

That's too bad. Sometimes there are a lot of family situations that we just have to let others deal with. It sounds like you are still young, right now you need to try to just ignore what is going on and work on what you want from life. Get good grades, join a sports team and do the things in life that are going to help you get further. Don't spend your childhood years worrying about adult problems, go outside and play.

Explain to your mother that it is not her fault what your brother does. She raised all of you right and he is just going down the wrong road. She needs to get rid of his apartment and let him learn on his own now. She might need some counselling over this as well as your brother for being mistreated. Just tell your mother its not her fault.

Calm down stop the spending sieve as soon as possible, rebuild your savings what is gone is gone. Put food in the house, then get direct TV at 29 bucks a month for TV, don't rent movies.
Get some hobbies exercise learn to be a better cook and tell your loser brother to straighten up tell your mom in a nice way to tell your brother to get his crap together or he needs to move on this cycle will go on as long as you let it.
