"And He (Muhammad) sent His followers into Ethiopia, to the pious Christian king. The Negus questioned them, and bade them speak, and they answered: 'O King, we adored idols, we lived in unchastity, we ate dead bodies, we spoke abominations ... when God raised up among us a Man ... and He called us to the unity of God, to fly vices and to shun evil.' And the Negus traced a line on the ground with his stick, and he said: 'Truly, between your faith and ours there is not more than this little stroke.'

He conquered a lot of land by force but did not use forced conversion, which attracted people to Islam because in that day, many 'Christian' rulers forced conversion on the people (which is God's job anyway. We just plant the seed). He denied the savior as being the savior and declared himself a prophet of God.

Oh... good.

He established a lot of learning and trading centers and... well yeah.

Mohmmed gave people good banners and ethics and they taught them everything good.

Prophet Mohmmed didn't married a 6 year old girl
He married her in a 11 year old after maturing
If you want to compare a girl with these days and that days you will see different size and shape and maturing...etc
if you don't believe that ask old man.

He did nothing good. The world would be a better, safer and saner place if he had been drowned at birth. The whole world should mourn the birth of the insanity that is the islamic religion

before Islam , in arabian tradition when a man come up with a daughter, he killed her for shame. Islam strongly forbid this. Islam freed the slaves. Islam stop the alcoholic and corruption. Islam gave rights to women which before she had not rights (such as inhiriting, marriage rights, owning rights..). Islam create honestly and fair in islamic market. and much more.... but most important islam has been sent for huminity to warn them from the Hell and to remind them that their GOd is only one.

the greatest thing that the prophet did, is that he taught us islam,
i'll give u some of rights in islam and see the Quranic and his sayings about them to see his greatness:
*Human Rights and Justice in Islam:
The life and property of all citizens in an Islamic state are considered sacred, whether a person is Muslim or not. Islam also protects honor. So, in Islam, insulting others or making fun of them is not allowed. The Prophet Muhammad said: {Truly your blood, your property, and your honor are inviolable.}

Racism is not allowed in Islam, for the Quran speaks of human equality in the following terms:

O mankind, We have created you from a male and a female and have made you into nations and tribes for you to know one another. Truly, the noblest of you with God is the most pious.2 Truly, God is All-Knowing, All-Aware. (Quran, 49:13)

The Prophet Muhammad said: {O people! Your God is one and your forefather (Adam) is one. An Arab is not better than a non-Arab and a non-Arab is not better than an Arab, and a red (i.e. white tinged with red) person is not better than a black person and a black person is not better than a red person,3 except in piety.}

Islam is a religion of justice. God has said:

Truly God commands you to give back trusts to those to whom they are due, and when you judge between people, to judge with justice.... (Quran, 4:58)

The Prophet Muhammad said: {People, beware of injustice,5 for injustice shall be darkness on the Day of Judgment.}

*Some women's right:
Islam encourages the husband to treat his wife well, as the Prophet Muhammad said: {The best among you are those who are best to their wives.}1

Mothers in Islam are highly honored. Islam recommends treating them in the best way. A man came to the Prophet Muhammad and said, “O Messenger of God! Who among the people is the most worthy of my good companionship?” The Prophet said: {Your mother.} The man said, “Then who?” The Prophet said: {Then your mother.} The man further asked, “Then who?” The Prophet said: {Then your mother.} The man asked again, “Then who?” The Prophet said: {Then your father.}

*even animals have rights:
{A man walking along a path felt very thirsty. Reaching a well, he descended into it, drank his fill, and came up. Then he saw a dog with its tongue hanging out, trying to lick up mud to quench its thirst. The man said, “This dog is feeling the same thirst that I felt.” So he went down into the well again, filled his shoe with water, and gave the dog a drink. So, God thanked him and forgave his sins.} The Prophet was asked, “Messenger of God, are we rewarded for kindness towards animals?” He said: {There is a reward for kindness to every living animal or human.

Muslims are even encouraged to be kind to animals and are forbidden to hurt them. Once the Prophet Muhammad said: {A woman was punished because she imprisoned a cat until it died. On account of this, she was doomed to Hell. While she imprisoned it, she did not give the cat food or drink, nor did she free it to eat the insects of the earth.}

some of his sayings that revels his morals:
Show mercy to those on earth, and God will show mercy to you.}

{Smiling at your brother is charity...}

{Pay the worker his wage before his sweat dries.}

{The most perfect of the believers in faith are the best of them in morals.

treating other nonmuslims:
It is reported that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) had a Jewish neighbor who used to throw garbage in his way, but when the Prophet heard one day that the neighbor was sick he went to visit him.

In order to show his nearness to the Jews, the Prophet married Safiyyah bint Huyay, daughter of the chief of the Jewish tribe of Banu An-Nadir. She was captured during the Battle of Khaybar. As an honorable gesture showing the magnanimity of Islam, the Prophet freed and married HER.
