Use volume shampoo and volume conditioner. If you want the best, go to Yves Rocher's website. It's a French company, and their products are very, very good. They always have it at around a 50% discount; it's usually $6 a bottle regular price. If you have dandruff, you definitely want their dandruff shampoo. It's great. Their lipstick is extra soft, too.

They also had some shampoo called Ultra Density. It said for people over 40 yrs old. Browse around.

There really isnt any miracle way to give yourself thick hair. If its suppose to happen it can do it on its own. Usually when you get pregnant it get thick because it doesnt fall out. But there is product that can make the hair feel and appear thicker. It is Sebastian Body Double. [ Link to the products is below ] We use it at the salon, and I have the styling moose at home for my bangs, and it works.

I use Catwalk root boost while drying my hair. When I want to thicken beyond that: mix hairspray and a serum in your hands and rub into your hair, or use one of those powder "shampoos." It's side effect is fuller hair - LOVE IT!

For more body and fuller hair use volumizing conditioner...If you are black like your icon..There is a sampoo and contioner called body somthing "for women of color"
I am half Puerto Rican, (not that its the same thing) and I have really different hair..I use it and keeps my hair from going flat on dry days...Also shampoo with aloe or green tea.
