I have a black outline of a heart on my ankle. its a little bit bigger than a quarter... i used to think it was cute. But now i think its too simple. What would be something cute to add to it...? besides shading.

You could add to the tattoo after you have reached or accomplished certain goals in your life. Maybe adding a simple design or flower say after you...have a baby, graduate college, buying a house etc.

A tribal type wrap around the ankle would look good...just make sure what ever it is to keep it within the same proportion of the heart

I wouldnt shade, I would color in full, maybe add cupid or fairy or do a google search on heart tattoo's and get an idea of what you would like

Flowers, butterflies, wings, stars, more hearts, fairies, cupid...I really don't know what to tell you since I don't know you or what you are like. If you want ideas...google search 'cute tattoos' and take the ideas you see and make them unique for you.

Make one side of it angelic and one side demonic. Like put a angle wing one side and devil wing on the other. And give it horns with a halo sitting on it. You know to show that everything including you has two sides. But hey thats me your the one that has to live with it.

something sassy, like a little lizard crawling through or something like that. I have a lizard crawling up my thigh and I love it. It depends if you want to go cute and girlie or have something with attitude! Go with whatever suits your personality
