No you cannot have kids in heaven, it is not a place to reproduce it is a place you go to after you live your life, life is a begginning, death is an end and heaven is your sanctuary for you to be with all the past that have been called home.

The world is going to disappear, from what i know... there will be no more earth. The kids in heaven (if we ever reach there) its by Gods will.
