Basically the difference is sound and effect. Lock Rights depend on a ratchet assembly. At moderate turn circles you'll hear a clicking / ratcheting noise untill it locks up. Wheel spin locks it up instantly and hard turns as well. They also react quicker than the Power Trax

The Power Trax is basically the same system but a little more on road friendly. It runs completly silent untill it's just about to lock up, then you'll hear the ratchet. Wheel spin still engages the locker right away but a fraction of a second slower than the Lock Right. You'll be able to do moderate turns with the Power Trax without lock up.

There isn't really any difference besides the $120 higher prices for the PowerTrax.
