You don't die in heaven, you die to go to heaven (only if you believe Jesus died for your sins) and if you don't then when you die you go to hell. Heaven and hell are eternal, you have to decide while you are alive what you want to choose.

No, death is eternal. Once dead you don't have any form of a body, so you can't die again. Remember heaven is considered an eternity.

The karmic baggage-your egotism and desires- that your consciousness carries with it after death has to be discarded so in a sense you will die a second death before your consciousness can ascend to enlightenment.
