actually it is good for your health
Royal Jelly is a natural substance from the bee hive that has been used by people throughout the world for energy, stamina, and vitality. It is composed of trace amounts of many wonderful nutrients and nutritious, biologically active, compounds. Some of its naturally occurring nutrients are:

B complex vitamins
amino acids (building blocks of protein)
minerals like calcium, magnesium, potassium, and zinc
lipids, including fatty acids and phospholipids
peptides
carbohydrates (monosaccharides and disaccharides)
nucleic acids
10-HDA (a compound unique to Royal Jelly)
it is believed all these nutrients, along with the other elements are in perfect balance because they are naturally occurring, the way nature intended.

One of the reasons Royal Jelly is so precious is it can't be duplicated in a laboratory; it can only be hand harvested from beehives. only use fresh Royal Jelly — straight from the bee hive — it’s not freeze dried like most other brands. We believe that using fresh Royal Jelly makes the product a more superior product.

Royal Jelly contains vitamins, minerals, and amino acids that are good for the skin and make it look younger. It's bee's milk for the queen bee. It however does nothing for energy.

It's high-carb and high in B-vitamins (seriously, not a joke...lol). On that basis, yeah. The marketing for royal jelly is 90% bunk though, as with most products like that.

I've tried it before and found it to be a waste of money. No noticeable increase of "energy". You're better off sticking with a multi-vitamin.
