Tu comprends? (familiar)
- pronounced "tyu kõ/prã" with 2 nasal vowels
Vous comprenez? (polite or to a group)
- pronounced "voo kõ/pre/nay" - with 1 nasal vowel (kõ)

Or if you prefer to use slang,
Tu piges? (familiar)
- pronounced "tyu peezh?"
Vous pigez? (to a group)
- pronounced "voo pee/zhay?"

Incidentally, it's definitely not "vous comprendez." The "d" isn't used in the "vous" form.

Good, right answers, but they forgot to give pronunciations that you would understand.

Tu comprends (to a friend): too copwan (but say it like you're speaking through your nose)

Vous comprenez (formal) voo compwenay (again through your nose)
