I'm trying to get them into english for an assignment and for me they don't make any sense how i would translate them, they're taken out from a big paragraph that I had to translate.

1: "Es el loro de la princesa."
2: "La princesa sa da un poco de la sopa al loro."

Any help?

1. It's the princess' parrot.
2. The princess gives the parrot a little bit of the soup. ('sa' should be 'le')

It must have a fable type meaning to some story.

the lines mean 1. its the parrot of the princess 2.the princess gives a little of the soup to the parrot . who ever wrote that sux at spanish there must be an underlined meaning between you and them.
