Nah. You could e-mail them, text them, or call them. As long as you show them that you were thinking of them, they won't mind whether or not they get a Christmas card. However, cards make good decorations.

Nah!!! everytime you send a x mas card its always ends in the trash, in a drawer getting dusty or in the dogs house...its a waste of money...get them something more original and not too expensive; like x mas pens or a sweater....

NO you don't HAVE to but it sure would be nice if you did and I bet your friends are going to send you one and then you will feel bad because you didn't and now you have to hurry up and run out to the store to get a box of cards and byu now they are all picked over and the only ones you can find are yucky and you don't want to send yucky cards, no way, so hurry to Hallmark and pay $15.00 for a box of 8, at least 8 of your friends won't have hurt feelings,....
Next year BUY CARDS EARLY......AND SAVE THE GUILT FEELINGS FROM RAISING THEIR UGLY HEADS.

No. You only have to live and die...in that order. But it would be a nice gesture to send X-mas cards.
