IN RELATION TO OTHER AREAS (particularly hip/thigh), all else being equal, how much does a sacrum tattoo hurt?

If your talking about a total back piece that starts at the shoulders and goes to the base of your spine. I've had several large tats on that area and the pain wasn't as bad as others that I have. The shoulders hurt a tad more than the center because of the proximity of bone to skin. The closer to bone the more it tends to sear. It's gonna hurt no matter what but its not as bas as under your arm would. Take 3 motrin 1 hour before you go it helps.
