so heres the situation... i have a cclass with this girl who is a sophomore (im a senior) and i like her... and i kinda et the sense that she likes me.. but there is this total asshole in my class taht just shhots down all of my attempts to talk to her. he is a c**k block... what do i do????

Wait until after class is over, to pull her to the side. If the doesn't work, slide her a note in her locker, or talk to her a lunch.

This guy that is shooting you down is only helping your case. He's proving to this girl that you are a real threat. Someone that is really worth dating. If you weren't, do you think he would guard her so jealously?
Ok, the easiest way to do this (and I'm an expert!) is every time this guy opens his mouth to block your attempts turn it back on him. Show her, through him, that you are a stand-up guy. That you are clever, a man, and witty enough to confuse and embarass a jerk without the jerk even knowing it.
For example ....you buy a new shirt hoping to impress this girl. You walk into class, confident and ready. This bully sees your confidence and secretly thinks you have a really cool shirt too. He says the first thing that comes to his slow mind, "Nice shirt wuss!" ...or something like that ...
Anyway, you turn and smile at him and say, "Thanks, I got it at the Gap. I'd tell you what section but I don't think they come in Gorilla." ...you don't raise your voice, you don't say it nasty, just crack a little smile and watch this guy make an even bigger jerk out of himself. You have to make sure this girl sees this though because if she sees how you handle yourself around bullies ...she's yours!!!!

talk to her in a situation outside of class! or do the old school note passing to give her your number or ask for hers. You have the upperhand since you're an upperclassman. Or if she doesn't know you exist, just make it a point to say "Hi

Ignore him don't let him stop you from talking to her! If you really like her and want to talk to her than you would not let some 1 like that get in your way! Just don't look or sound desperate, It may make her think wrongly of you!!

Well when ou see her out get her number or email adress,screen name,tex.t etc. Anything that hgive you a chance to speak to her. I had this problem when I was in school I liked this dude but this girl just couldnt take me going for him so she was always in my way so one day I just said hey I like you and I would of told ya sooner but I had this bi**ch standing in my way and wouldnt allow it. He then found out how she was which was controling and jealous over girls that messed with a guy that wasnt even her man! So he did the right thing and got with me :) hope this helps but there are tons of people like that you just gotta step up and move them out of your way!

Be careful, if the asshole can take you, then don't do anything stupid. Talk to her outside of class; if you think he'll back down when you confront him, or if you think you can take him, don't let him get in your way. Talk to her.

You should try to get a chance to talk to her just one on one without that asshole around, therefore you could talk to her about how she feels and see if she feels the same about you without him causing problems....
