Brown, drain, pat dry and reserve. Empty can of refried beans into a pie plate and spread to edges. Top with reserved chorizo. Top that with grated cheese and sliced nacho peppers. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove and spoon into warm flour tortillas. Add diced tomatoes, chopped onion, sour cream, avocado or whatever other toppings you like on a homemade burrito.

Chorizo & Egg Breakfast Tacos are great! I always accompany this meal with fresh avocado slices and hot sauce.

Personally, I love to use chorizo in paella. It really adds flavor to the rice.

make a (spanish) tortilla, frying the potatoes in the chorizo fat before you add the eggs. Or they make a fab stew with tomatoes and chickpeas or cannelini beans

I like to make mine wirh eggs. I chop and fry the chorizzo( like ground beef) After that cooks for about 2-3 minutes I add eggs... in good size relation to the ammount of sausage that I am cooking. Cracking them directly on top of the cooking chorizzo... add... chopped onion/ chopped tomato/ cilantro/a little chopped jalepeno.. once mixture starts to cook.. scramble in pan.. occasionally stir until eggs are cooked.. serve with tortillas.. and enjoy.

My mom cooks it with eggs (scrambled), onions, tomatoes, and just a little bit of chili powder (sometimes she adds a little chopped green pepper). It's awesome like that.
