How about Max, Cosmo, Razor. My husband has beagle dogs and here are some of the names he has for them, Drive, Tug (that one would tug at his pants leg when he was little), Ring, Rebel, Bouncer. Just a few ideas!! Congrats on your puppy. I just got a little girl puppy that I named Penzy.

Here are some names that I think are nice: Ace, Ajax, Max, Jerry, Sam, Casey, Rusty, Scooter, Jack, Jackson, Buddy, Spot, Sport and Jay. I named my puppy Jerry. But here are some sites with cool names incase you don't like these.

Aww, a cream colored puppy? He must be adorable... I had a beautiful cream colored Golden Retriever named Louey, but tragically he died in an accident recently (he was so young, too, barely 2 years old - it broke my heart losing him). Maybe you could name your brand new puppy Louey in his memory? 'Louey' really suits light cream-colored dogs, I think :).

Taffy
Skippy
Buddy
Nilla (vanilla color)

When we named our dogs, we would start calling out names and waited till they responded to something and then we would find a name 'similar' to the one they responded to that we liked. That way, they will respond to their name from the beginning.
