No, milk doesn't help anything. I could go on forever on this subject, but I'll try to keep it brief.

The only milk that humans need is their mother's breast milk when they are INFANTS. Taking the milk from another animal that is intended for THEIR babies and consuming it as an adult human is ludicrous.

In addition, milk is pasteurized and homogenized which leaves it with harmful balances of bacteria. Also, the dairy cows that this milk comes from live in terrible conditions and are fed TONS of chemicals, as well as the MEAT FROM OTHER ANIMALS, NOT FIT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION. If you think this deadly bacteria isn't streaming into the milk, think again.

No you will not become taller in fact you will probly just make your self sick. Your height is based on you hereditry and what genes your parants gave you. Really I think you are tall enough but that is only coming from a person who is 5'5''

There is nothing you can eat or drink to increase your height. Height is determined by your parents. There is a certain age at which most people usually stop growing: men - 25, women - 21.

No, you'll only get very tired of milk.

It's pretty well hard-wired into your genes as far as how tall you can grow is concerned. But if you take good care of yourself, you will grow to your maximum potential.
