Do these terms vary from state to state or from country to country? What are alternate forms? Computerized dictionaries cant provide information like that, but native speakers certainly can.

Guitar IS a Spanish word...for the others go to an on-line Spanish to English dictionary for crying out loud I mean you are ON the computer aren't you?
