on the side of color pulse hair dye it say not recommended for lighten hair does that mean highlights?

if you have lightned hair, it means that your hair has been stripped. colorpulse is kind of like... food coloring for hair. if your hairs lighted and damaged, it will absorb the color and it won't wash out like it would on darker hair. if your highlights are blonde, I wouldn't reccomend using the colorpulse unless you want weird colored streaks in your hair.
