Can pop out moles grow on someones penis and how do u know if thats what it is?

First of all its not me that has it my boyfriend always had those moles and some how they grow i been with him for 3 years and their on his neck also it runs in the family but their just not as big as the one on his penis.

Moles, tags, ingrown hairs.....you need a professional. Don't leave something that can affect your reproductive organs in the hands of Yahoo Answers.
Have that man seek a doctor's advice and use condoms if not abstinence until you both figure it out. Don't readily expose yourself to something for fear of embarassment. Its even more embarassing getting tested or medication for something.

Sounds like genital warts. But check it out. It could be just a tick. Sounds weird but a lot of people go to the doctor thinking they have a mole. Turns out it was jsut a swolen tick.

go to the doctor and ask. I don't think they would grow right on the penis, maybe around it.
