If the CSA had won the Civil War, we also might not have gone to Iraq, there also might not have been a whole contry either today. These questions can go on forever, the what ifs. I do believe, however, that we as another type of nation would be terrorized more often than not today, because I highly think that there might not have been an actual US as we know it. There would have been varying terrorities, not as many states, and possibly even a whole separate form like the Union, it would have been something else. The election of governmental procedures would definitely have been the greatest difference.
When it comes to the government, that's all you really need to know is whether or not we would still have gone to war with Iraq. Yes, in the simplest answer, among many other nations too I believe, because it was the form of the South, as many northerns call them (cowboys) because accorrding to others, they go right in, gung ho on starting and fighting wars. That's what I've read, I'm not saying it is like that. I think it could have been possible, from your answer that we still indeed would have gone together with Iraq, as well as North Korea, and even Iran, Saudi Arabia, and possibly even Siberia.

No. If the south had won, then the entire U.S. would not have been as strong as it has been since that time. We would not have been strong enough to help win World War 1 and World War 2. It's unlikely that the Germans would have bothered to attack the U.S. across the Atlantic Ocean after conquering Europe in World War 1, but, in WW2, the Nazis certainly would have taken the eastern U.S. up to the Mississippi River while Japan took everything from the Mississippi to the Pacific Ocean. After that, it's likely that what was left of our country would have been annihilated by the inevitable war between Germany and Japan. Given that both Germany and Japan were working on nuclear weapons at that time, it's likely they would have used them on the other guy's forces in America. Our country would have been a wasteland. I'm glad the north won the American Civil War.

The CSA would not be in Iraq. There's no reason to. We'd be an argicultural nation, any oil we'd need would come from Texas and/or the Gulf.
Also, without a fully-United States, the Allies might have lost World War One, so the Ottoman Turks would still be in charge of most of the Middle East, and there would be no Iraq.

If the south had won the war we would have lost WW2 as only a federal govt can wage a modern war. A confederacy is too loose an organization to administer a modern war. It's one of the reasons the south lost in the 1st place no real centralized control of the southern home front. Thus your question is moot. However the Germans would be running things or the Russians and Israel wouldn't exist thus no real unrest in the middle east ,thus no Iraq war.

Well even though we didn't win the Civil War. We would unleash hell on the Iraqis and then we would enslave them to pick our cotton and tomatos and we would send all the Blacks and Mexicans back to thier home land.
