as far as a secret menu for in-n-out burger, there is a secret menu lingo that may be used on the in-n-out web site. I belive it is toward the bottom of the page, under: "for those in the know" example: A 2x2 is a double patty, double cheese, A 2x4 is 2 patty,4 cheese, 1x2 single patty double cheese, and so on.
