No. That is not in the Bible. Killing is not a sin. Murder is sin. There is a difference.
Killing is not limited to bugs. You can kill a plant, too. Just ask my wife.

i don't think so..... the commandment was "Thou Shalt not Kill" but in the Bible it refers to the killings as like "don't shed the blood of thy bretheren" or something. i don't think you'll go to hell for killing a bug.

It depends on your motivation. If you did it out of cruelty and vindictiveness then that creates negative karma that might result in hellish consequences.
