Anyone else have to take naps everyday or they feel anxiety? Why do you think I get anxiety if I don't nap?

Your body requires a certain amount of rest. I have always taken a nap in the afternoon. When I worked it was hard to do and I would have trouble at night settling down. I would be up with high anxiety pains.
I started resting in the afternoons out in my car. And found it helped a lot.
this is normal to take a break and rest or nap for an hour every day... You will feel better for it.

A couple of questions are in order:
1. do you sleep well at night?
2. have you ever been diagnosed with depression?
3. have you ever had your blood pressure checked?
4. have you ever been diagnosed with diabetes?

Any one of these can be a cause or it could be nothing wrong. If it is really becoming a problem then you should see a doctor.

I take naps when my anxity level hits "overload". I just seem to shut down. I think It's a defense against insanity, lol!:)
