I believe you can enlist at 17 with parental permission but you can't actually enter service until you turn 18.

I thought it was 18 but that may be the minimum age to perform active duty, 17 with parental consent may be right for the enlistment age.

Can't get into the army without a high school diploma or equivelant. Under 18 you'll have to have parental consent

That would be 18 years old. They will start the process 4-6 months earlier so you go in right after your 18th birthday though.

Poli sci major is half correct, the age is 17 with parental approval. I, however, would worry about my spelling if I were you.
