I think that you should talk to him and tell him how you feel and make your self happy first cause it seems like he comes and goes as he pleases .. so let him know that 10 years is a long time and if he thinks of you as a easy convinience or as someone he cares tryuly about trust me there are so many men out there who can make you happy as well and marry a person within 3years ..honey 10 years is a waste if nothing is going to happen but if he realizes that your what he wants and he stops being a commitment fobe than thats great ..good luck!

After 10 years, it definately time to fly. Go out and find you someone who will be "on" all the time.

I think the real question is that if you have been dating a guy for 10 years why would you ask a bunch of strangers who know nothing about you or him what you should do with your life. I think I know what the problem is with your relationship....it's you.

I don't know the details of this relationship, but for the most part I am guessing it has kept you from meeting someone who might be able to commit and make you happy. If your not wanting commitment and it works for you then stay with it, but I am guessing by the question that you want something more. My mom always said, "Don't chase guys that aren't worth catching"

I didn't know whether to laugh or cry when I read your question. For you to have stayed this long in a "loser" relationship, I doubt seriously, you'll be flying anywhere, but it was good to ask.

If I would've stayed with my x then it would've been the same situation. I kept asking him do you see me in your future but he had no response. I know it's hard but you have to break away. Start new and don't look back! I know yall love each other, if he don't have an answer, give him an ultimatum(sp).
