My girlfriend lives 2 hours away and it's working out fine. Don't worry about that. Do what you feel is the best thing for your future. It's all about you right now. Just be careful you don't make a decision that will get in the way of your future. Like I said, do what's best for you.

The degree is more important. BFs come and go, but the degree stays, and can sustain you.
You can still play intramural volleyball at Albany.
The first 2 years, which are considered prePharm, are not that bad, but once you start your third year, things start to become stressful. You can't even think about being on a college sports team your 4th year.

Your passions is what should matter if you love your boyfriend and volleyball, then do volleyball instead! If that means that you would be closer to your man then that is what matters the most if you love him! Do the volleyball because if you were to go far away then you would miss him to death!

Forget volleyball and your boyfriend and get through pharmacy school.

That's the best advice you're going to get.
