Double bonus:
Pretend you really take interest in the things your woman/man points out. Try and think of all the benefits you'll get from owning such a lovely thing.
Slowly and thoughtfully come up with possible reasons why you/she/he doesn't actually need the item, and see if you can prevent absolutely anything useless from being purchased that day while simultaneously seeming like a positive and interesting shopping mate.

Buy a big pack of chewing gum. Go to a toy store. Chew up the gum and as you get each piece to the desired consistency, stick it in a little kid's hair. Sit back and watch the fun. (It also works with lollipops, but the sticks can give you away).

Walk around && ask people if you can take a picture with them. Then when you get home put it up on your myspace.
Sounds fun...doesn't it???

Do an act of KINDNESS for which you will not get credit. If anyone knows that it was you, it does not count.
For every gift that you buy someone (or yourself), do one of these random acts of KINDNESS. GOD will bless you richly.
