gas marks please I am no good at conversions.

gas mk 3-4 at 20 mins per pound plus 20 mins so about 1 & 1/2 hours depending how well you like it done. always over estimate the time as it is cooking slower therefore will be more tender

Depends on how well cooked you like your beef as beef can be eaten almost raw. If you like cooked just right its 20 minutes per pound plus another 20 gas mark 5

gas mark 3 ...........20 mins per lb plus 20 mins make sure oven is at temp first. yours 1 hour 20 mins approx check it is cooked by sticking a fork in it .if the fat is clear it is cooked.

all meats at gas mark 5 , allow 20 minutes per pound plus 20 minutes, so 2.4 lb will take 68 minutes

cook in a fan assisted oven for about 1 1/2 hours at 180'c or a conventional oven for 2 hours at 165'c
