This is also a Nigerian scam and there are thousands. U.K. Lottery, Australian Football Lottery, Free Lotto (out of N.Y.) and Global Lottery and Global-Link Lottery are but a few. Lotteries do not not just pick your name out of the air. "You gotta pay to play" If you did not purchase a lottery ticket anywhere then you did not win a lottery. I would contact Yahoo and file a complaint including the offending emailers address. They can Blackhole him so he cannot send or receive emails on Yahoo servers

Yahoo is NOT in the lottery business! When you receive an email regarding a lottery, unless it is your STATE lottery that you entered, disregard it!
If Yahoo had a lottery don't you think it would be nationally advertised? Yahoo is a search engine not a lottery agent!
