girls love red wine or white wine more?

if they like sweet or fruity wine, it is generally white wine like a reisling, if they like a 'chewy' or full wine, then a red (with exception of chardonnay)

It is usually white wine girls go for; although red wines are becoming more common. I think people are getting to know a lot more about red wines and the different sorts of grapes, and this is making them realize there are some that are waaaay better than white wines.
I think we used to like white wines before because we believed red wine to be stronger, more astringent and did not know there was such a great variety such as Merlot, Malbec, Tempranillo and others that are light and still quite good!

I would say it depends on the girl, but the general trend I have noticed is, girls who are only moderately/lightly fond of wine and/or have not been drinking it for awhile typically are fond of white or blush sweet wines, while those who like it more and/or have been drinking it for longer periods of time have a tendency to like reds more, even bitter ones. That is just my opinion, so I'm sure there are exceptions. I come from a long line of wine-o's so I like a nice merlot, zinfandel, or cabernet sauvignon. Red wine (in moderaton) is supposedly good for your heart... tell that to a girl, it should earn you a few points, if not, at least a smile.

My favorite wine in the world is a semi-dry white called Prairie Fume` (pronounced FOO-may). It's awesome! The only problem is I don't know if it's available outside of WI. I haven't found any in Vegas since I moved here. You could also check out a slightly drier Riesling. Both of these wines are very fruity. Oh, and the Prairie Fume? $7.50 a bottle in WI.

Depends on the girl. If she's not a serious wine drinker, probably go with white zinfandel. It's actually what the call a blush, pink wine. Girls seems to like the sweet stuff.

If she knows her stuff, then any good bottle will do so long as it's properly matched to the meal. If it's just to drink alone a nice pinto noir will do. Willamette Valley Oregon or California Russian River Valley.

As a rule.. if a man I liked gave me sweet white wine on a first date.. I would assume he was a cheap *** with bad taste in everything :(

White wine is for chicken, seafood and white sauce based meals.

Red wine goes with red meats, pastas and heavy gravy or red sauce based meals.

ASK THE GIRL EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT.

Red is meant for a matured palate and taste, and White is when the taste buds are maturing.. so if she's still very young she could like white unless she has grown up in a wine household who has a glass with meals and may have already been drinking reds.

I personally love sweet red wine. There are a few blush wines that are nice as well. Suggestion, when you are with whomever you are trying to find out what wines they like, go to a winery together and do some taste testing, its a fun little thing to do on a date or a afternoon out.

The important thing here is that the wine be of a good quality and not full of preservatives.American wines are better tested this way.Just choose one that you like and go with it.The idea is that you make double sure about how to serve your wine and that it's not turned to vinegar.
