Ok, I am doing Weight Watchers and I want to eat spagetti but I don't know how much is 2oz of spagetti in cups? Can you please help

I would use a digital scale, its a lot more accurate.

2oz of spaghetti is 1/4 cup in dry units. My weight watchers book has spaghetti listed as 4 point sfor 1 cup cooked (also dry measure)

well if 2oz of spagetti used : that depends upon how many grams requried for each servings .Yes those ounces are very
important 2x16 = 32cups only !

Not enough spaghetti! 2 ounces is 1/4 cup. One cup is 8 ounces. That's not enought spaghetti to even bother with! You poor thing!

They are more than likely talking a dry measurement before cooking, about a quarter in width.
