It could be that she/he is annoyed by the worms so it's worth getting her/him checked out but i could also be the fact that she/he wants to play more so invest in a special toy for her!! xx

My dog is worm free and chases his tail, he allways has. Its just a way he plays even with all the toys he has he chases his tail on occasion. The visual look to see if your dog has worms will only work with certain types of worms. some is to small to be seen and a vet tech needs to run a fecal float test under a microscope to truly check.

Some breeds have tendencies to be tail chasers or it may be boredom. If she is also biting at her back end or scooting her bum along the floor her anal sacks are full and need emptying by a vet. Worms? check her stools for signs. Never buy wormers or flea products from any pet shop or supermarket, they are not licenced to sell strong enough products, Milbemax is best for worms and Programme Plus for fleas.

It could be worms, do what the above participnt said and check her poo ro take a sample to the vet. It can also be a sign of stress. Is she getting enough excercise. Stimulation, etc.. If it continues take her to be checked.

cos she`s a crazy dog probably going through a hyperactive age, if she has worms she might eat alot more and never feel full. i hope she is ok, worms freak me out, you should give her worm tablets in case, get them from the vets though, my vet told me products from supermarket are fake or diluted. good luck with that.

if your dog has worms itll tend to drag it **** along the floor to relieve the irritation of the worms if your worried just glance at its stools, its not pretty, but if he has them they will be there. as for chasing his tail, its because they havent mastered joypads for games consoles yet so it keeps itself entertained by chasing it's own tail

no its because she see something moving and chases it. except its her wagging her tail...my cat does the same thing. almost all dogs do it, especially if they are younger dogs.
