Well, I am NOT one of those chunky people. I am a thick size 14 white woman with the body of a latin woman. I'm not unhappy, I don't 'down play' others hard efforts to keep fit. I don't complain to others about my size. I know just what I ate and how many babies I've had to make me look how I do. I love my body. I don't envy skinny women, in fact, I think skinny women are less attractive than thick women.
With most chunky people, it's self esteem issues, and you know that. Fat people don't need sympathy, but understanding is probably what they are looking for. Who knows, all I DO know is that I would NEVER want to be skinny. Shoot, all the fine guys come up to me and want my number, not the ones with the mosquito bites for boobs, and no *** at all.

Start by STOP using the word "Chunky" - use "curvy" instead. Bony people will never have gorgeous curves.
I'm overweight, but I love my curves.... so do my boyfriends.
1. I don't complain about being overweight. I don't complain about gaining 2 or 3 pounds ... mostly because if I lose 10 and put on 2, it's not that much of a step back. Give a little, and take a little.
2. I don't ask skinny-minnies what size they wear... it's smaller than mine...
3. I don't see naturally thin people as 'lucky' or having won the genetic lottery... those people usually lose the genetic lottery by also having diabetes and cancer in the family genes. I know that some women have to work their asses off to stay that way.
4. No, I wouldn't. It's degrading to anyone to say negative things like that. My co-worker bought her new stomach - tummy-tuck - so the "hush, you're thin" line doesn't work... her come-back is "hey - i BOUGHT this!" lol.

So you, skinny person, need to open up your little mind and understand that true beauty is not skin deep - it goes to your soul. So many typically pretty people are very ugly on the inside... they're the ones that say "yeah, you're fat" or "are you even trying?"
Open your pretty little mind and learn that spiritual growth and understanding is more beautiful than hip bones sticking out over your low-rise jeans.

I'm a sexy BBW, and happy to be here.

1. Everyone complains about their flaws when overweight people complain about their weight they just want to be reassured that their positive features outweight their negative ones.
2. A lot of times when you see someone that is a size you aspire to be you ask their size and calculate how many dress sizes you have to go down to get to your goal. You ask their weight and calculate how many lbs. you have to lose in order to weigh that much
3. Most thin people just are (luck), they don't have to work at it, just like someone may have clear skin or beautiful eyes. Clear skin people are lucky to not have to wear foundation, those with beautiful eyes are lucky they don't have to wear contacts
4. Honesty is the best policy but, "shut up"? you can keep that

Some people are overweight due to metabolism problems , depression, or many other factors that are out of their control. Many of the overweight population work hard at losing weight , but fail. Some would do anything to be thin and beatiful, even have surgery that can shorten their life, and is sometimes only temporary! I can't speak for everyone, but I don't think anyone wants pity. If a "chunky" person asks those questions, maybe they want your help? Maybe they want to know what's working for you? Encouragement not pity!!!

1 support emotionally, inspiration to help with a change
2 asking the thinner counter parts how much they weigh and their size to get a dream goal or what might be closest to it realisticly.
3.some ppl can eat anything and not gain weight, they are lucky, sometimes we don't know u go to the gym 7 days a week, when u only say u walk 2 hours a week.
4. most overweight ppl don't say stuff like that for fear of verbal attack but if u complain u gain a pound , to our 10 we might be a tad jealous and say , no 'your thin shut up. because we know your saying we are heavy to your friends .

I am a fuller figured woman, I am a professional, I am a loving mother, and sexy devoted caring wife, I am a best friend who has a great sense of humor, Do NOT stereotype me because I'm not your ideal size, I am exactly who and what God wants me to be, and I am very thankful for that.....and yes I'm a Plus size woman who is loving life!!!

1. I never complain about being overweight because I look great, and now the average American woman is a size 14!
2. I dont ask anyone how much they weigh because I dont care, I only worry about the wonderful woman in the mirror I see
3. Not everyone who is skinny has made it by hard work, some by throwing up etc.
4. What others may think doesnt bother me.

My question to you is what is going on in YOUR life that makes you have to attack others that dont fit into your cookie cutter? Everyone is different, that is the beauty of it all...now stop being mean and go be a decent human

What would make you ask a question like this? Just wondering.
I wouldnt consider myself "chunky" because I am not and nobody is.
But I'm guessing your chunky comment is going towards people who aren't a size 6 or smaller. I average around a size 11 - 13 for pants and medium sized shirts and I have never ever asked anyone those questions. I am happy with my hourglass shape and I wouldnt have it any other way. And if you are thin and put a lot of hard work to create your body shape, good for you. But that doesnt give you the right to call anyone chunky. If you are thin and naturally that way, good for you. You still dont have the right to call anyone chunky. If you dont like people complaining about their weight or asking you questions in regards to your weight, stop talking to them.

if you complain to others how chunky you are the response I would be looking for would be the truth... I would want some one to tell me the truth.. If I was fat than I would want them to tell me the truth so that I would know wheather I needed to do something about it or not.
I would not really ask your counter part how much they wheigh I ould more focus on what they think of themselves and what they think about loosing wheight before you go right ahead and ask them oh hey there how much do you wiegh.
it depends on the situation to tell whether they are "lucky" or not like say if you had a friend that was on medication that was skinny only from that reason or you had a friend that was just skinny from jenetics so it would depend!
It depends how I'm feeling that day

Lmao !!! Guy's prefer chicks with a bit of meat on their bones ! I happen to be a "sexy chunky chick" so who's the lucky one... ummm..... that would be us chunky chicks.

I think chunky ppl asking thinner ppl questions is because they r looking 4 some kind of support and motivation. A smile and a friendly chat can go along way.

Beauty is only skin deep, but uglyness goes through to the core.

Wow, i don't know your motivation for asking these questions but maybe you should know that not all heavy people are the same. I struggled n struggled for years with my weight. Wanted to look n feel good, then i was diagnosed with a thyroid condition and take medication every day. The doctors say i will never be thin, but i have to tell you that even with my extra weight I'm still sexy as hell. I definitely don't resent thinner people and never ask someone what size they wear.
