Literally te amo mi carazon--means "I love my heart" but I guess it could mean "i love you from the heart","I have love for you in my heart."

Ha ha. What the heck is this with I love honey! haha.
"I love you sweetheart" more or less. You know all those sweetie names we have like love, darling, sweetheart, baby... we have tons of those in spanish too.
Looking for a response?? How about the similar "Te amo tambien mi amor!" (I love you too my love!) Suprise the pants of them!
