No,4 Has the nearest higher voltage rating and nearest lowest ampacity which ensures you are not exceeding the cable rating of the original design.

the voltage shows what the maximum that the fuse can predicatably work at so must be greater than actual (500v is good) and the current should be equal to what you have taken out. 8a will protect the motor but may trip out.

5- another 480V, 10A fuse. Just call the supply house and get one delivered to the site.

I'd go with number 4 - high enough voltage rating to avoid damage and just a little lower current rating to be safe.
