1 - motor not protected
2 - motor turns opposite direction ( the phases peak at different time 120degrees out of phase l1 then l2 then l3, l1 then etc by swapping 2 leads you reverse the rotation.
3 - motor either goes forwards or backwards depending how you connect it back up.
4 - bangggg!!!!
