Sometimes I struggle we all do. I sometimes get embittered (not nearly as much I used to) God is doing a work, but at times I find my self comparing myself to others, how come this person has 3 kids but does not take them to church and I could not have children yet I am devoted to God.

I get discouraged when I see the wicked prosper when I know of Christians that hardly have anything find a way and make an effort to go to church and will even make church a prioirty by taking a taxi

I see people with moral laxity living in big homes and living large when there are people like myself who waited and took great pains not to tempt my husband before marraige and we at times have struggled and still struggle.

These are the thoughts I get in my mind at times and I wanted to know what is the best way to get healed and delivered from the lifes not fair trap and the comparision trap?

I realize I am human but want to go forward in my walk with God.

Thank you and God bless you.

It's life baby girl. I ask myself everyday why my babies had to die and we are living good and eat healthy, not on any drugs...but everyday, you hear about hoes on meth and crack having babies with no problem. Everyday, thousands of babies are born to people who cannot care for them or mistreat them, but mine had to die.

It's life. I don't blame God anymore because it's pointless. So, just accept your fate and be hard but have a heart. You got to be strong, or you'll crumble, cause you will never get the answer of WHY. $hit is just really f'ed up, but it's the world we live in. Just pray and keep hope alive. That's what I do. Sometimes, giving up goals that stress you out trying to get to helps as well.

Well I have 3 kids and I am a Christian and I would not let my kids walk within 10 feet of a church. Do you really think I want my children learning the false teachings of man in mass religion? We do go to fellowship though. You know as a Christian you will suffer for Christ. And you need to accept God gives you the things He does for a reason. I have a huge house 3 kids and I work 14 hours a day to get that. Now you on the other hand could devote much more time to the Lord without all of these distrations that others have. Maybe He has a deeper purpose for you. Ask Him He will answer have faith.

Would you rather be happy now, or wait and be happy for all eternity? My parents chose for me to be happy now (I am not religious) but I often find that a lot of religion's rules and guidelines make sense and I live by a lot of them, even if I don't go to church. This does not make me religious, but in a way it makes me feel like a better person.

I think you are engaging in a bit of "selective sight."

If you were to look closely and really see the world in front of you, you'd see all types of people living in all types of material/physical/emotional conditions. It isn't about morality or immorality; it's not about religion and beliefs - it's as much about the choices we make when life hands us our cards as it is being able to accept what we're given. It's fine to strive for something better, but unless you can learn to be content with what you have, you will *always* be striving, and *always* be looking over the fence for something better, even if you've got the world at your feet. Accept that this is your life, and that noone else's lives have anything to do with it.

Prosperity makes life easier, but it doesn't always make life happier. *Everybody* struggles in their lives - if not about money, then about love or family or their children or illness or something.

The key is... start thanking God for what you do have, and stop worrying about what others have.

I have fertility issues too, you are not alone. Sometimes knowing you are not alone is enough.

But what really helps me when I feel jealous is I ask myself if I would want every single last aspect of that person's life to have that one or two things I'm jealous of. Would I want to be that person with their personality and everything? So far, my answer has always been no, and then I feel content with who I am and what I have again.

Have you ever stopped to think that maybe God wants you to prosper and not be afraid of Him? The whole point of having a life is to live it -- not to live in fear of persecution.

It is very easy to explain; God gives happiness to bad people but will not allow them to Heaven when they die, Good people will suffer not because of God but because of Bad people in this world, bad people make Good peoples life miserable.
God has given lot of brain to Humans to choose what is Good and what is Bad, you have to choose Good path it will be miserable but you will go to Heaven after you die.
Concentrate your mind, body on God you will never suffer, Desires are the root cause of Misery, desire of money, power, sex etc.,. are the root cause of misery, devote yourself to God, you will find Happiness in devotion to GOD.

The wicked do not have GOD, you do, how can that not make you the happiest person alive. Having GOD is having it all.

Jesus is the truth, the way and the life!

All of us are human in different ways. Be content with who you are. Don't complain. Don't criticize. Be happy that you are alive and are self-aware.
