Lets say a guy and a girl are friends in High School. Guy really likes girl but is too shy to say anything. Girl graduates and guy stays cause he is 2 years behind her. Years and years later they meet up again out of the blue. Girl gives guy number. Relationship starts and feelings flare up. Guy starts to fall for girl.
Is guy really falling for girl or has he always had the feelings and they are just picking up where they left off from High School?

I can't say if any guy is really falling for a girl (other then myself), but i can say, I really doubt if he see's things as just picking up where he left off... he left off expecting to not see her again.. so he put that time of his life behind him... any feelings he has now, are real, and current...
also, i don't think he could be picking up from highschool because both people aren't the same as they were, they are both completly new, very different people then they were in high school...

People can change a lot in that time, feelings for someone are sort of re-activated when you meet up with a old boy/girl friend, Ive recently met up with a ex girlfriend and its better now than it ever was because were both more mature.

I think he has had those feelings for a long time about the girl, sometimes people never get over there crushes in high school.

Does it matter, I mean if you both like each other now and things are cool than who cares. Ask him sometime, if the relationship is going like you say it is then you should be able to have a good relationship like that not to far into the relationship.

It's impossible to say. I think it's a combination of picking up where you left off and new feelings from getting to know you. Just run with it and see where it takes you! Good luck!

that's a tough call but he may have had interest b/f you left high school I'm in a situation like that now and my guy said he liked me then but he was to shy to say anything ...but when men mature they become risk takers

i wouldn't say picking up where they left off, i would say more of refreshing wat was there. i think lol but no really guy is falling for girl harder then before because know its easier to have a realationship

generally yes, that is the case. what happens is the feelings that are dormant for some reason are uncovered, and then they just ignite. feelings like that never leave, though they do change sometimes.

Who knows and who cares.. If he has feelings now that is all that matters.. why worry about what might have been years earlier.
