your the guy that just wanted loud huh? i would go Rockford, a t2 should do the trick. or you could get the subwoofer that holds the world record right now, the Pioneer 5000SPL. but you WONT find that at best buy or circut city. you really might want to check out the whole Pioneer Premier line. there very loud subs.

I would dump both of them and pick up some memphis mojos. I have two of them and the THUMP, 1000wRMS and 2000w peak. Run by a single Kenwood Excelon KAC-X522 with 4Ohm bridged 505wRMS. If you have mojos, people will know it.
As for the speakers, i put kickers in my car and i was completely satisfied with the quality, even at high volumes.
Speakers: Kicker
Subs: Memphis
Amp:Kenwood
Head Unit:Alpine

It always works better if you use the same thing all around. I would go with all Rockford Fosgate out of the two you posted. their stuff was made to work together. In all honesty though you might want to look into JL audio for everything except the head unit. For that I would go with an alpine.

This is entirely dependent on driver specifics... what drivers are you looking at? They all make a huge order of different components, some low some high, you can compare apples to oranges if you know what models you might be looking at and what style enclosures you're looking at putting them in.
You've given no real source of reference for your request... Be more specific... plausibly your budget also has an apparent impact on your choice, as Rockford and Kicker are considered 'low grade' box store drivers, so most of them are void of specs, you can't win, you're comparing potential crap to potential crap without stating what it is you're looking at...
A commission driven sales guy would have a field day with you. ;)
