Which is correct Spanish?

Neither of these really make sense, but which would be grammatically correct:

a.Nosotros nos gustaba

or

b.Nosotros nos gustabamos


It would mean we liked us, but this is the argumen we were having with our Spanish teacher. Which is correct?

That makes sense. Our teacher is horible with her English. I guess it isn't her fault, she tries. Anyways, what if the thing that we used to like is plural? Would you have to say gustaban, or would it still be gustaba?

a.Nosotros nos gustaba - this is wrong it shold be "a nosotros nos gustaba"

b.Nosotros nos gustabamos - this is correct it means we liked each other

If you want to say.

we used to like chocolate,
A nosotros nos gustaba chocolate.

We liked each other.
Nosotros nos gustábamos.

So, if you are not supposed to add anything but take it the way they are written, b) would be correct. (but with an accent)

If you want to say "we liked each other" is "Nosotros nos gustabamos"

If the idea is to say "we liked------ (something)" is "A nosotros nos gustaba"

the b option, is the correct, so it means that we liked each other...

the a is used to say something that likes to both of us, so, for instance...
A nosotros nos gustaba el chocolate = we liked chocolate (or we use to like chocolate)
