personality is better, because then you know he is more into you and not all about what you look like. it's just easier to tell if he'll be around longer if he likes your personality and not your looks because anyone can look a certain but not everyone can have your personality.

Any person who doesn't know you can comment on your looks. It takes someone that really wants to know you to explore your personality and discover something they love.
