Really it isn't as hard as people are making it out to be. You just have to fill out applications by the government to become incorporated... for tax reasons... and of course you have to register your trade name. I think all and all it will cost you 70 bucks to start your own company. [Real Estate agents do it all the time]... however... to become profitable is a different story.. but you didn't ask that.

If you have to ask, you havn't been in your profession long enough.
Once you have been in your profession long enough to understand the business aspects of it, you will know whom to contact to pursue your own start up.
I started my own business, but it was after many years of being in it. I knerw the ins and outs of my business so it wasn't that hard to know where to go for licenses and other needed business requirements.

I'm with tucks2, if you can't spell BUSINESS how can you start one? You have to be able to count money also, now that scares me. I'm not trying to discourage you from your hopes of a business of your own, but I would consider more schooling!!!
