As long as you never meet then it doesn't hurt a thing. It might spice up your sex life with your partner.

Certainly is as you know very well that your partner would be hurt and not approve of this type of chatting with members of the opposite sex (or same sex for some). If you know that what you are doing would not be accepted by your partner than I would say yes it is indeed cheating, not physically but emotionally.

Yes

Yes, because it's your intention that counts. If you're chatting on-line about that, it means that somewhere you're not fulfilled or satisfied in your relationship, therefore it can only be considered as cheating.
That's my opinion though.

Its not cheating as long you are not into any commited relationship with another man.But if you have a bf or a spouse,i would definitely call it clean cheat.

If you are in a committed relationship and your partner doesn't know about it, then yes it is cheating. You wouldn't ask if you didn't think your partner would disapprove.

Just be careful not to let your partner find out. Some would take offense to that.

No.
It's only physical actions that define "cheating"
It's like flirting.
