Just the degree of relaxation.
Sometimes there can be a sensation of falling.
Nothing serious.
Very good, in fact.
Shows that you are very relaxed at that stage.
Probably well on the way to sleep.

the most problem-free thread i imagine will be making plans what i'm doing for artwork day after immediately (or a short rundown over the weekends deliberate events) - akin to a intense aspect examine list. If it truly is overdue & i'm no longer attending to sleep - I have a tendency to huff & puff & imagine about how complicated it truly is attending to sleep. On uncommon events (i.e. if artwork is going with ease & doesn't warrant wondering about - or there isn't any longer a lot occurring on the abode the front) - i will attempt & imagine of the worst & purely right element that befell to me that day. and evidently if there's a large hardship or project - that often will take finest fringe of idea till it truly is dealt with or lost it truly is importance (i.e. at the same time as my mom replaced into having significant heart surgical treatment many years lower back - that would were the significant idea in my head).

I have this condition. It is called Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS).
I have been put on trazedone and it allows me to sleep though the night with no more jerky movements.
One of the problems with RLS is that you never can get into REM sleep (deep sleep). The trazedone will help and you will not be groggy in the morning.
Trazedone is a prescription but is very cheap (less than $4 US dollars per month). If this is a recurring problem and you are waking up exhausted from lack of sleep please contact your doctor. Very easy problem to fix! Good luck!

I was told that this is a type of epilepsy but there is no need to worry because most people have this now and again. It won't affect anything else in your life. I get it sometimes and it's just annoying when I'm trying to get to sleep.

This is not unusual, particularly in children, and is often called a hypnic/hypnogogic or myoclonic jerk. If you type the latter into your search engine, you will be directed to sites that can give you explanations.

I wish I knew, it happens to me too. Often it's accompanied with a sort of dream about falling or tripping on a step. Doesn't bother me over much but it occasionally annoys my husband if I grab him during my "fall".

I believe that is called a myoclonic jerk. They usually happen when you are changing sleep cycles. When you start falling into a deeper sleep, you may have these muscle twitches.
