Religion is in a broad sense a widely accepted set of beliefs concerning spiritual beliefs, identity, and community. Atheism is in many respects a community of people under a banner of rejecting the existence of deities. However you can be an atheist and not identify with other atheists. Religion is about identifying with others of the same belief, and it is when you become a community that you are at the very least a cult, unless widely believed a religion. For many in Y!A atheism is a religion (even if it pisses you off that you're in the same league as Christianity and Islam), but I know plenty of atheists who could never identify with each other as a community. So yes and no. But mostly yes on Y!A.

Umm, if you mean, what religion to the Innuit tribes follow...
According to an Innuit who gave a presentation i attended a few months ago, they had no tribal 'religion' but you could consider them the same as the Native Americans in the continental uS in that they believe in a Great Spirit and that the earth our mother and should be treated as a real person. Today, most Innuits are Christian, with a smattering of Buddist and other eastern religions.
