he had a full set of milk teeth at 12mths old and started 2 get his big teeth at 3yrs. his voice broke at 5.5. And now i have noticed that his balls seem to have dropped. has anyone come across this before.

definitly sounds like a hormone imbalance to me. please take him to a doctor asap. this is a serious problem that can be treated. the emotional and psychological issues are difficult to deal with as he gets older. it does happen more often than people think but it is not unheard of.

Has he seen a dr? sounds like a growth hormone inbalance to me. get him checked out.
