It has been 3 years since the death of the 1st wife and the new "sweet thing" as he calls her is just lovely and sweet. What should I wear to their wedding on 12/29/06? I have no clue.

Wear something that is appropriate and dress to show respect for this new couple. It is marvelous that a man of his age has found another person to share the remainder of his life with and that he doesn't have to be lonely in the later of his life. Nice time to get married also between Christmas and New Years.

I'm assuming it will be a small wedding. Wear something you'd wear to church; a nice dress or suit, nothing too flashy or sexy.

that's very sweet.. Congrat to him.... i would just wear something that you would wear to any other wedding... don't have to change just beacuse of the cirumstances... :-) and any kind of winter dress or pantsuit will work..
