If you mean anything concentrated to more than 2 or 3 degrees (4-6 proof), no.

Even simple fermented stuff should be made in a very controlled way if you want it to be drinkable, and that applies manyfold if you want strong moonshine. The only way to make it is to distill stuff (be it home made cider or wine, or just fermented starch or sugar), but that means quite a bit of specialized equipment (like a still that works well), and better have some know how, or you are likely to get the methylic wood alcohol along with the desirable kind.

Anything that has sugar, can be made into alcohol (less complex sugars anyway) The simple way just mix sugar water and yeast, Unfortunately there is no really simple way to make pure ethanol that is very pleasing to drink. First everything must be sanitary as possible. If you want lots you have to make a large batch as even the best yeasts can only tolerate a little over 20% ABV before dying off. However distilling is not that hard to do and you can easily build a number of stills with parts from a home supply store. There are even simple stills that can be built out of stuff around the house. At best unless you are willing to invest in some large equipment home distilling is just a fun hobby. With all the time and money spent on ingredients and equipment you would very rarely actually be saving much money, as far as that goes you may just be better of heading to the liquor store and buying some cheap rum. Also I have read about a method called freeze distilling if you are interested check out this website

yes, buy some starchy vegatable, or some pineapples or grapes, get all the juice you can out of it, leave it in the fridge for about 3 weeks, it will ferment. at that point, you can either try to enjoy the bevarage as is, or you can make your own still. easy to do.
get 2 glass beakers, a 3 foot tube(coiled up for condensing purposes) and a hotplate.
put one end of the tube through a cork, and put snugly into the beaker with the bevarage, heat it to about 195 degrees, this will evaporate the alchohol, the vapor will condense in the tube, and if set up properly, it will drip into the second beaker as a relatively strong spirit.
enjoy, and be carefull.
the vapor is flammable.

yea, get some empty milk jugs, baloons, white sugar, an oil funnel, pins, distilled water, and fleschmens yeast. now pour a few funnels worth of sugar in a milk jug, then pour in a packet of yeast, now fill up the rest of the milk jug with the distilled water, put a cap on the milk jug and shake for a while. now take the cap off, put a baloon over the milk jug opening, and poke 3 holes in the baloon so the carbon dioxide the yeast make when fermenting can escape.

now store these milk jugs for a couple weeks and then drink.

If you have a good freezer where you can control the temp, you can harden the wine by freezing the water off and removing the ice blocks that form.

It requires constant monitoring though.
