Dutch Advocar from an off-licence is technically full fat Egg-nog. You can get own brand label stuff which is cheaper in the major supermarket wine and spirits sections. Prices vary from around 5 - 10 pounds for a liter.

Extreme Christmas Eggnogg 10mins
Serves 8
Ingredients:
6 Large Eggs, separated
150g/5oz Sugar
360ml/12fl.oz. Brandy
120ml/4fl.oz. Rum
1.1L/2pts Milk
1.1L/2pts Cream
50g/2oz Icing Sugar
Freshly grated Nutmeg
Instructions
1.Place the egg yolks in a mixing bowl and whisk, gradually adding the sugar until they are pale and golden.
2. Slowly beat in the brandy and rum, then add the milk and half the cream. Beat well.
3. To serve - in a bowl, whisk the egg whites until stiff then fold them into the eggnog mixture. In another bowl, whip the remaining cream and icing sugar until thick. Top each glass of eggnog with the whipped cream and sprinkle with nutmeg.

* 2 eggs, beaten
* 3 tablespoons sugar
* 2 1/3 cups low-fat milk
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1 dash ground nutmeg
